Currently the only ASL documentation is for ASL 2.1, as used in Quest 2.1x. I recommend you learn this using ASL.HTM included in the Quest 2.16 download before trying to program your own Quest 3.0 games - details on the changes in ASL 3.0 are detailed in VERSIONS.TXT included in the Quest 3.0 download.

In the future there will be full documentation for ASL 3.0 and a version of QDK for Quest 3.0 of course - but currently I don't recommend trying to write any games for Quest 3.0 unless you have knowledge of writing games for Quest 2.1x "by hand".
