I am almost ready to burn my Quest program on CD and sell the game that I made (in theory). When I upgrade to Quest Pro will that still require that the Quest program be installed on the players system for the game top work? Am I allowed to put it the CD that I am selling, even though it is MY GAME that I am trying to market. I am a little confused with this issue, please help.

Yes, Quest Pro merely encrypts the ASL file so it can't be read by human eyes. You still need either Quest or Quest Pro to run the game.
You can put the Quest setup files onto a CD so your users can install from there.
