Excuse me for posting on the forum, but I sent you a second e-mail re; continuing to have a problem using the action modifier with take / give in a type block like so:-

define type <x>
action <take> {
msg <this doesn't work>
}
end define

I sent this on May 22 but it seems to heve disappeared from my 'sent mail' list on AOL and I've not had a reply from you - which is very unusual indeed. I'm wondering if this was non-delivered and has just wafted off into cyberspace somewhere? Have you changed you e-mail address or something? (though that ought to have bounced back I guess) very odd.

Sorry Alex, I didn't intent to 'hassle' you over this, I'm sure life is plenty busy for you without having to investigate bugs.

I was prompted to ask if you got the mail because it simply disappeared from my AOL sent mail list, I have never had that happen before and whenever something unprecedented happens on AOL, I automatically fear the worst! Not that I am cynical in any way...
