Okay, I recieved a game from e-mail but I can't download it what do I do?

I don't understand what you mean. How did you "receive a game from email", and why can't you download it?

You don't mean a link do you?
Write back to the person who wrote you that e-mail, ask them to re-send it... and maybe ask them if the game is actually at that address yet, sometimes they may be busy and won't have time to upload it till later on!
there might be other reasons but I can't think of any.
