![]() Is there a way to program the function keys to be used by the player? I know the f11 and f12 keys are used, but what about the rest? Wizard |

![]() There is currently no way of setting the other function keys to do anything. And I don't really see there'd be a huge amount of use in allowing them to be able to - what sort of thing did you have in mind? |

![]() In the game I am designing the player will have need to call up statistical screens, often throughout the game. The contents of the screen will change but the command to call it up wont. Function keys would eliminate the need to retype the commands for often-referenced screens. Another type of game that I could see makes good use of function keys for the same reason is any kind of flight or space game. Where you might need to issue the command "Engine Room Report" many times during the game. Wizard |
