When we use the clear screen command, then run our game, the command doesn't work. Note, we have inserted the command in the "players enter room" (top) actions box. Thanks for your input.

We stumbled onto the solution to this one. Instead of using the Clear Screen command offered in the list of possible actions, we put a "|c" at the beginning of each room's description.
