i have tride to put quest on my new computer but it now say it is the evaluation copy of qdk 3.2 can some one put me right

Well, first of all you have to ask yourself : "Did I download Quest with the evaluation version of QDK??"
OR if you bought it from Alex, this question : "Why did Alex overlook this and accidentally put the evaluation copy in my distribution?"
If the answer to question number one is "yes" then say "OK.....thank's for sorting this out!" and either buy Quest to get the registered version.....
elseif the answer to number 1 is "no" then e-mail Alex with question 2 and ask yourself the same question....

thanks for you sugestion but they where not that helpfull lol
i am a fully paid up user and i did pay for the pro copy of quest and i did download the up grade but in the replacement of my own computer i have lost all my personal information including the download sight from yahoo ?

no..... not really - you lost me around that new computer bit!
Anyway, I think the "downloaded the upgrade" is where you went wrong. You should have had the download sent to you by Alex.
If you have had it sent to you by Alex then just e-mail him asking him for the registered copy.....
I thought I did a nice reply as well
