BUG REPORT by Me! Quest 3.1 (build 3.1.132) B1. In Quest, if you click on the text in the window and then immediatly after start typing (the typing cursor automatically goes to the typing bar) the action or command will still be performed but if you have a black background (as I often do) the text goes black instead of white or yellow or green or whatever the colour of your foreground (text) is you've chosen. Try doing THAT with a black background! Make a new Quest game, choose the background to be black. Then click on the text in the window (you know - where it says "You are in...you taste the...you go south...etc") and start typing in a command eg. 'go north'. The command will be fulfilled and the text will be displayed in the window but the text will be black not white or whatever colour you chose it to be. If the colour is still OK, click on the window and again and type in gibberish. B2. If, accidently, you command to create a GO TO exit twice it comes up twice when playing the game in Quest. Wouldn't it be better to simply stop Quest from creating it twice when playing the game? |

Only that you shouldn't stop them making two of the same "Go to"'s... You might have a game which has a maze/what-not. Then you might want to give the player a map to get through.... Although this might be bad coding it is plausable. Computer Whizz |
