This Might or Might not be a Bug, and it's not a major bug, just one of them annoying ones ;)
When you expend a window, Lets say your Window that has all the Fast Code Links, after you Expand it you cant make it small anymore like your suppose to :)
Not sure if its Just my System or what, But you guys try it and see if it works fer you :)

Is this in Quest or QDK, and what is the name of the window?

Yes in QDK, the window is the Script Editor :)
