I'm Wondering, how many people would Quest server support at once?, does it depend on the hosts connection and computer?, or is there a set number like 20 or 60?:) Another question, would it be possible to make a persistent game with a evolving economy?, like a Resource Management game etc :) Reason i ask this is because i'm starting on designing my MMPOBSG"Massive Multiplayer Online Business Strategy Game" and i need to know if Quest and/Or Quest Server can run such a Game :) Thanks!. |

There will be several editions of QuestNet when it gets out of beta which will support different numbers of users, with the top edition supporting a theoretically unlimited number (realistically 32767, but your available bandwidth will probably be the deciding factor). The current beta is limited to 3 users. A "persistent game" should be quite possible if I have understood correctly - indeed that is primarily the point of QuestNet, that any particular server running a game would be available continuously, and players can join and drop out as time progresses. You should easily be able to make a game with an economy or resource management through the use of numeric variables. |

That's already possible and quite easy with asl and the beta of questnet. |
